So here I am, starting on thursday with “Homage”, A new series of events in downtown Los Angeles curated and promoted by Edgar Varela Fine Arts & Art Don’t Sleep, “Homage” pays tribute to the great, often unsung, musicians and also newer acts that will surely be listed among the greats. Expect a serious line-up that night with trumpeter Phil Cohran, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, Venice Dawn, Delfonics’ William Hart, DJ Spinna, Anthony Valadez, DJ Expo and more.
