Went to the BBC Maide Vale studios today with Gilles to witness an amazing session with the Robert Glasper Trio, drummer Chris Dave was with them and Nailah was in the house too. I dunno who Mos Def’s deejay is but they all told me I’m his lookalike… they all thought I was him so they were like “what are you doing in London?“… haha. Great session, soon on air.

Very happy when I received this fold out 2LP of the new Gil Scott-Heron record today from my colleague Philippe. Heavyweight vinyl and a beautiful picture on the back and in the middle. The D-side are unreleased and live tracks, wow I love when vinyl comes like that! I want more. Thank you XL Recordings!
